Step 1 – Prepare Your Items for ConsignmentWhat We Accept We welcome gently used or new items including furniture, décor, clothing, accessories, toys, children’s gear, motorcycle equipment, artisan pieces, sports equipment, and seasonal goods. All items should be clean, in good condition, and free from major damage. Note: Due to space, we may limit larger items during peak inventory. Items We Don’t Accept To maintain quality and safety, we’re unable to consign heavily worn-out items, electronics requiring repair, mattresses, tube TVs, and damaged or unsafe goods.

Step 2 – Bring Your Items InLocation & Timing Visit us at 326 E Highway 29, Bertram, TX 78605, Monday or Friday between 9 am–6 pm. Check-In & Consignment Agreement When you arrive, a team member will greet you and assist with check-in. We’ll document your items—listing descriptions, photos, and selecting pricing tiers. You’ll sign a consignment agreement that outlines terms (e.g., split, duration, pricing flexibility). Copies are provided for your reference.

Step 3 – Pricing & Sales StrategyFair Pricing for Quick Sale We use market-aware pricing strategies, balancing seller return with fast turnover. Pricing is based on condition, demand, and current inventory trends—ensuring your item sells at a competitive rate. Discounts & Markdown Policy Items that don’t sell within a set period (e.g., 30 days) may be discounted.

Step 4 – Unsold Items & Agreement EndUnsold Item Options At the end of the consignment period (usually 60 days), you’ll receive a notification. Unsold items can be picked up, donated, or re-priced. If unclaimed after 30 days, items are donated to a local charity, helping support community causes.
